In addition, Commission D encouraged the Goods/Services Procurement Service Agency (BPPBJ) to be more selective in selecting goods and services providers.

"Providers who are proven to have committed default are also asked to be given strict sanctions in the form of a blacklist," she said, Wednesday (6/24).

In the water resources sector, Commission D requested that the Jakarta Provincial Government evaluate the follow-up to the BPK's findings regarding the synchronization of fuel and heavy equipment use, the acceleration of land acquisition for the Cakung Drain and Ciliwung projects, and the optimization of reservoir and embankment functions.

In the parks sector, Commission D highlighted several issues, including land asset management, misuse of green open space (RTH), alleged extortion in cemeteries, and the need to increase the number of mangroves in Jakarta's coastal areas.

Meanwhile, the Public Works, Spatial Planning, and Land (DCKTRP) Agency has been asked to strengthen spatial planning supervision, including taking action against unlicensed buildings and activities that have the potential to worsen flooding in the Kemang and TB Simatupang areas.

"Commission D also asked DCKTRP to strengthen spatial planning supervision, including taking action against unlicensed buildings and activities that have the potential to worsen flooding," she added.

In the housing sector, Commission D is encouraging increased intervention in slum areas, strengthening synergy with the Water Resources (SDA) Agency regarding sanitation, and providing decent housing solutions for low-income communities through collaboration with Baznas and the private sector.

The Public Works Agency is asked to improve its performance in sidewalk repairs, road paving, public street lighting, and to find solutions to land acquisition problems.

Meanwhile, the Environmental Agency (LH) is asked to prepare a roadmap for waste management from upstream to downstream, to optimize the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Waste Processing Facility (TPS3R).

"Then take firm action against supervisors who misuse PJLP officers' ID card data for online loan purposes," she appealed.
